Refunds are only applicable at the initial stage before any work on the project has officially commenced. Once the project planning or development phase has started, Devise Technologies does not offer any refunds.

2. Non-Refundable Phase

As soon as a project is confirmed and our team begins the research, design, or coding process, the payment becomes non-refundable. This is to cover the resource allocation and man-hours dedicated to your project.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services, such as domain registrations, third-party API costs, and completed software assets, may be non-refundable.

4. Partial Refunds

If a project is partially completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the man-hours already invested in the project.
